Karen Bragg-Matthews is a Life and Career Coach, speaker and facilitator, and President of KBM Career Concepts.  She has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years and has done everything from managing small companies to being the head of several HR operations at a Fortune 500 company.  She has provided companies with the right people ranging from bus drivers to Vice Presidents.  During her many years of work, Karen has developed innovative training programs and effectively trained thousands of people.  As Lead Negotiator, she has worked with various labor unions and affiliates.  Karen is very knowledgeable about what companies look for in an employee.

Karen believes at the center of every successful company are employees who are proactive, dedicated, and motivated.  She has also seen what has happened with employees when it is not the right fit.

Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Training Manager, and is a graduate of Coach University.  She became a Career Coach to help more people find careers in which they are happy, excited, and fulfilled.

Karen lives with her husband and two children in Dallas, TX.  Karen has a passion for all things wine and knows best how to match wine with food.  Her other company, Creative Wine Concepts LLC, conducts wine tastings and seminars.  She earned her Sommelier Certification and is a graduate of the Sommelier Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
